Jan 23 is your new Jan 1

the mindset shift for a better 2024.

1 TIP

hey there, beautiful humans,

guess what?

January 23rd is your new January 1st. (yes, you read that right.)

let's change your 2024 with a simple, yet powerful mindset shift.

here’s a confession:

i’ve let the “all or nothing” mindset negatively impact me for as far back as i can remember.

whether it was a

  • business opportunity,

  • social event,

  • workout,

  • hobby,

my brain would scream, ”if you can’t be the best, why bother?”

what a sh*tty mindset.

you’d think something is better than nothing, but not to my stubborn brain.

so, i didn’t take new opportunities, expand my network, or even move my body. and what did that get me? F*CK ALL.

but then, a shift happened.

i started to see the benefits of

  • acting less like an activist (where no step is ever enough) and

  • more like an innovator (where all steps forward are celebrated)

your “all or nothing” mindset is destroying your potential.

  • your plan doesn’t have to be flawless.

  • your plan doesn’t have to start on a Monday.

  • your plan doesn’t need a grand January 1st debut.

because here’s the truth:

no single plan or action is your answer to the life you want.

so, send those Happy New Year emails this week. start your annual planning today. begin your resolutions NOW.

because, trust me, there’s joy, lessons, and confidence hiding in those small, imperfect actions.

take this 1 tip with you…start small, start now.

  • make that phone call today, not tomorrow.

  • start your project with whatever you have.

  • send that email you’ve been putting off.

and remember, if you wait to do it all, you’re gonna end up doing nothing.
